Hello, I’ve just received a new iphone 15 pro max, i started setting it up, but it requires an update to IOS 18. i’ve been trying to update this phone since 10am this morning and it still won’t update! i can’t access the phone because it needs updating, and my sim card has transferred over to the new phone so i can’t even ring anyone yet! has anyone got any advice on what i can do?

Have you already set an account up with Apple? You need that to do the update.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
