Hi have iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I login to the app I have 3 numbers showing names and on number showing the number only.
does anyone know why this is the case and how to solve this? The app is linked to my contacts and all my contacts are correct.

Does the contact in question have any additional numbers or e-mail address included?
Have you tried removing and re-adding the saved contact to see if this will help it update?

Did the contact previously have multiple numbers attached and you just removed the others now you mean?
If you have just done that now, it would be worth re-installing the app as well as this can often resolve the issue.
Deleting the contact should only delete that saved contact, it would not effect any additional info.

Was that re-install done after you updated the contact ?

Once re-installed if you head back to the app, select your profile in the top right, tap Settings and permissions, scroll down and tap App settings and under Device permissions, re-enable Sync phone contacts.
See if they all update back to the name then.

Thanks. I tried that I got the 3 names back but one is still numbers.

Glad to hear that turned the names back on for the other 3 numbers.
Is there anything you can see that is different between that contact and the other 3 when you check them, the number formatted the same for example? Do you potentially have the same number saved under a second contact?
