Add on netfix has stopped working

All of a sudden my Netflix has stopped working... when I try to watch is says there is no account with my email or phone number. It is showing as active on my ee account though.. Any help appreciated.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the Netflix subscription still shows on your EE account, it may be that you just need to reset the account details.

Can you try to go to the password reset page and see if you can reset the password first of all?

If that doesn't help, there are some more steps on the Netflix help page for EE customers to help you get logged in.
