EE App issues

I cann't get the EE app to log in on mt Galaxy S24+, once username/email is entered, I get stuck on the "auth.ee.co.uk" page with the spinning ee green circles and get not further.  I had the app working fine on both Galaxy S24+ anf my Galaxy S10+ tablet but the app stopped working on both, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but now can't get passed the "auth.ee.co.uk" page............ any offers anyone of what might be the issue?

Welcome to the community.

It is worth checking that the software is up to date on both devices, as that can sometimes cause problems if it is an older version.

I'd also recommend checking to see if you can login through the website using the same details. That will let us know if it is account level or just the app.

If the software is up to date, give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further.
