Hi have iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I login to the app I have 3 numbers showing names and on number showing the number only.
does anyone know why this is the case and how to solve this? The app is linked to my contacts and all my contacts are correct.

Thanks for checking Rob, with it syncing with the other 3 contacts fine it does suggest it is something with that contact it does not like.
But if you cannot see anything different between them, I would retry the previous steps of deleting the contact and app, but this time then restart the phone in between, then re-create the contact, re-install the app and then re-sync the contacts again.
Additionally it would be worth downloading and logging into the EE app on your login details on one of your other mobiles to see if the contact name for the number syncs fine on one of those.
