Hi @vallywilson

Welcome to the community.

Please try resetting your network settings:

Tap Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset Settings > Reset.

You may need to re-setup your WiFi connections after doing this.

If it still isn't showing correctly after that, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team on 150 or popping into your nearest EE store.

Hi @vallywilson

Welcome to the community. We'll do our best to help you get it updated.

What kind of phone are you using? Is the number showing on your phone the temporary number you may have been given when you first got the SIM card?

@vallywilson : Are your calls & texts sending & receiving OK? If so, it doesn't what no. shows in your phone's settings.

Many thanks appreciated.  Phone calls and texts are fine,  but when you  go to settings,  my phone,  it shows a different number to mine,  strange,  I tried  to register my number to Google  wallet and they came back to say I have a different number inserted in my galaxy s25 ultra phone set!!
