App not available in my region message

Hi - I’ve been told I need to update  EE app but when I try to update through the Apple App Store, I get an error message stating “this app is not available in your country / region”. Why is this? I was able to use the previous EE. Thank you!

Are you in the UK at the moment while downloading the EE app from the app store?

@RiannG , you can otherwise go on the website and log-in to your account via the website and should be able to see your account. When were you trying to update the app, was it at night?

Thank you. Yes I am in the UK now trying to download the updated app - have tried downloading in the day and night. Hmm. Guess I can try calling them.

@RiannG You could also try uninstalling the existing app and installing it fresh. Though if the App store is telling you the app is still not available it may be an issue with the App store not correctly identifying your location.
