Samsung galaxy z flip4 screen protector

Who do we speak to in EE for bubbling beginning to appear on my device? In store or by telephone?I won't be happy if someone says its a Samsung issue. I never bought the phone off Samsung, any steer in directing be much appreciated. 

While using my mobile data, I can't use any of my apps.

So I've noticed that most my apps like; Insta, snap, Facebook and Reddit. I've tried resetting my phone, deleting apps and even turning blocks of like parental control.

My account still isn’t working for incoming or outgoing calls.

My ee plan changed at midnight and I still cannot receive or make calls. Can anyone help.
