S23 Earbuds Claim

I've recently upgraded and received my S23 with the benefit of having Samsung Earbuds for free. I was told I had to claim on the Samsung website, but the claim form is closed? Can someone advise how I get thr earbuds please Thanks!

Resolved! Suddenly having issues connecting to hotspot

According to EE's coverage map, there are no issues. I have a Galaxy S10 which I have been using as a hotspot with only minor issues (sometimes it takes it upon itself to switch the hotspot off), but now I can't connect to it at all. I have 3 devices...

Voicemail not working
