Updated my phone to Android 14 and the phone is now now play protect certified. Anyone have the same issue?

Hi @raymondotango

Where is it that you see this message?

Chris

Play Store -> Profile -> Settings -> About

At the bottom it states if the phone is Play Protect Certification. For my phone it says Device is not certified.

OK, thanks @raymondotango

It may be worth backing everything up and restoring the phone to factory settings to see if this changes.

Yup, already did that and no joy.

Hi @raymondotango

Try clearing the app and the system cache and then restart the device. Although a factory reset should have done this.

Also follow the instructions here:

I would also try posting here:

Thanks
