Not receiving calls or messages

HelloI have a problem with my sim card. I can make calls and send messages but can't receive them. I have full network, and everything seems to be ok but this issue. What do I have to do?Please help me. Thanks

Am I the only one who didn't know that you don't get a charger with the new Samsung A13 5g? 

SIM Card problems

Does anyone have a Samsung A13?  I got a free one when I changed provider to EE. For some reason, A. it takes two days to fully charge, and B. the Sim card isnt working.
