Smart Hub poor speeds to devices and dropping out

Hi..Changed from virgin 500 to EE 900 a month ago and so far been really disappointed with the speeds to devices and laptop teams meeting or PS5 frequently dropping out and lagging.I think I have included the information need.  How can I improve this...
