Smart Hub poor speeds to devices and dropping out

Hi..

Changed from virgin 500 to EE 900 a month ago and so far been really disappointed with the speeds to devices and laptop teams meeting or PS5 frequently dropping out and lagging.

I think I have included the information need.  How can I improve this to a more stable and faster wifi connection... unfortunately hardwiring everything is not an option at this time.

@Iamlee So you are aware your posted pictures until approved are not available for general viewing, your think broadband is fine to see and for sure on a terrible wireless wi-fi connection test! Are you sure you are on a EE900 speed!

Run this test below, and watch out for packet loss and poor upload speed!

@Iamlee No problems they will get looked at when one of the stars approves, but you do have a poor wireless wi-fi so need to get on top of it. 6.4% packet loss and poor uploads just not going to cut it!

S23 ultra and I was about 1m away from the hub with nothing between  us.

A Speed test earlier on my PS5 came in at 218 Download.  The PS5 is about 2m away from the hub but 1 internal brick wall.

Can try on laptop or Honor pad 9 or older samsung tablets.

That is poor but I'd trust the TBB speedtest more.
