EE Home Mobile Broadband

I've just been swapped from BT to EE 4G home mobile broadband yet I can pay my First Bill or register my device how can I pay my bill as I have under 12hrs to pay it I'm lost 

Website & App down?

I've been trying to look into upgrading all evening but when I log in to the app or website, they both seem to be down, for hours and hours. Is this normal?
