TV package upgrade

Hi, am currently with BT for fibre and TV package, can I upgrade my tv plan through EE as they now provide the tv side ?

Now app isn’t letting me watch anything!

I’ve just joined ee and I had my own NOW subscription but it’s supposed to be available via EE but all I’m getting is code BTP-11195c?
