EE mininbox TV Error YVM102

We have recently moved over too EE as a package provider. The Pro box downstairs (WiFi) works fine no issues, however the mini tv box upstairs (WiFi) directly above is disconnecting continuously causing us to hard reset everytime. We have never had this issue with our previous provider with exact same setup connectivity wise. Is there a solution or is this a common fault which on that case will be complaining and wanting an exchange. Thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.

I can understand how frustrating it is to have to reset the TV Box Mini each time you want to use it.

How far away, roughly, from the router is the box?

One thing you could try, as a test, is to swap the Mini Box in where the Box Pro is for a bit (and maybe even swap the Box Pro in where the Mini Box is now) and see if the fault moves with the box, or stays with the location.
