Now TV still active after cancelling EE TV

Hello, I have a similar issue to this post https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/TV/Now-TV-EE-TV/td-p/1338594

Essentially placed an order for EE TV in the middle of last year and activated Now, however, I then needed to cancel the order but the Now subscription has continued. Please could I get some help to unlink it

If the NOW subscription has continued since cancelling EE TV, please get in touch with our broadband guides and they will help get this removed for you.
