Ok I'm so confused. So I made my now tv membership through the website nowtv.com.
I then get an email from now tv saying my payment details have been removed and that I now need to sign in through EE to get my payment information but I don't have an EE account. NOWTV help tell me my payment is fine and to ignore the email. But I can't update my payment method unless I make this EE account it says to head over to the EE website to change my EE tv settings. So I register my EE account with the email my NOWTV subscription is using but its now saying I need to link my broadband or mobile that is with EE but I have NOTHING with EE? what is my next step?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

So you're saying I can't have a now tv membership if I'm not with EE? Because that is wrong.

Hello @RyanGB.
Welcome to the community.
I would recommend getting in touch with NOW TV to advise them you aren't an EE customer.
EE customers have the option of paying for their NOW TV membership through EE TV.

Getting in touch with NOW TV is difficult, the system sends you round in circles. I had NOW Tv for years and went to change to EE/BT but changed my mind without connecting the router or tv box. BT closed my account, but my NOW TV account is linked to EE and NOW TV can’t do anything about it. They suggested that I should get in touch with EE who say that they don’t have a record of an account and I should get in touch with EE!
In the meantime I am getting giddy! Any help would be greatly appreciated…

I can see that you cancelled your order before the EE TV was activated @Oslo22 however your Now TV activation had already gone through. When you then cancelled your TV order, it failed to cancel the Now TV service.
I've raised a ticket for one of my colleagues to manually disconnect your Now TV service from EE TV. You should receive an update in the next few days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

That's it sorted already @Oslo22 - you should be able to manage your own account in Now TV again.

The same thing has just happened to me! It seemed to be part of a new BT contract I have but I don't want my Now account connected to it. Do you know how I can reverse it?
