No sound from my we box

Good morning all 

 

I have no sound coming from my we box this morning I have done all the usual stuff reset box , unplugged the cables and put sound all the way up but nothing works what is left to do before I call up ??

Which EE box is it? Does sound work through the TV if you use the internal tuner or app? Do you have anything else you can plug in and test? Are you using an aerial or IP mode? Have you restarted your router if using IP mode?

the tv sound works of I don’t use the eve box it’s the eve box pro that I have 

 

I have reset my router as still no good ?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

Have you tried changing the sound options in the settings menu on the box?
