Since we have the EE broadband installed, I couldn't watch my multiroom SKY TV. How to fix this 😞

If your Sky Q Mini Box was previously linked to your Sky Router, you now would have to pair it with the main Sky Q TV Box and this will allow you to use it.
If it is positioned too far from the Main Sky Q Box it may not work as I believe it just uses 5GHz, but I have heard reports of Sky providing a booster or something similar if you are having difficulties connecting the two.
I would advise contacting Sky if you need support with connecting these, as EE will be unable to help.

SkyQ uses channel 36 to talk to the mini boxes and if the EE hub also uses channel 36 for it's wifi that might be the issue so the solution would to change the hub to use a 5GHz channel other than 36.

I answer this question nearly every day on the Sky community and the answer is a combination of the above.
Unless you have Sky Broadband, all mini boxes connect to the main Q box and if you change your network, you will need to reconnect the mini boxes to the main box.
Bear in mind Q networking technology is nearly 10 years old these days. So…
If you get stuck, post in the Sky Community and I’ll see you there. 👍🏻
