Live TV gone- only iplayer?

Hi,

Last  Wednesday 19th June we turned on our TV and all live channels had gone….( not great in a footie mad house in the middle of the Euros)

We reported it and had a call from a technician where for an hour my daughter and I were told to change power plugs and repeatedly reset our EE broadband, our EE TV box and our TV itself…. Still nothing….

The technician then said there was nothing he could do- he was reporting our complaint (?) and he rang off.

Now a week later - we still have no live TV, and have heard nothing from EE?

Anyone had the same problem and  found a solution?

Is this on your TV Box Pro, or TV Box Mini?

When you say your channels are gone, are they missing from the TV Guide?  Or do they not play?  If they don't play, what error do you see?

Same issue as described, using Mini and Pro Box. TV guide list all programs but no LIVE tv will play, only via the Apps

Didn't you just quit the service without waiting for an answer?

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*

not quite - but had enough of the poor excuses

upgraded to Fibre last Friday, 70 minutes after the engineer left no Internet or TV, after hours on the phone they attended on Monday morning to fix, A FULL WEEKEND WITHOUT SERVICE!!!!. The solution was the engineer hadn't turned the Router onto "FIBRE".....basic or what, fixed within seconds!!

Monday night all TV boxes fail, EE answer must be my end..............I dont think so as the Pro- Box is connected the same way as the previous BT pro box was for TWO years without issue

There reply, well it will be FOUR days to get a FIX

I'm a day inside my contract cancelation so decided to hell with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
