My activation date for EE was today. Sadly, my experience has been poor. I tried to set up NOW tv as a new customer via the link provided but instead I was charged 6.99 for the package - even though it is in my EE TV package? Also, my TV NOW channels are asking for an upgrade to my package to view them???

@Am3522 Now TV doesn't require activation - just a password to be set. Your account wasn't created during your order though, which is why you didn't receive the email to set it. By creating an account directly, you've ended up being charged for it.
I can sort the Now TV account for you if needed - you're welcome to email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll add your EE TV subscription to it. You'd need to contact the helpdesk if you want to get the £6.99 refunded though, as I'm afraid I cannot do that.

Got NOWTV working thanks to Darren. Now it's just my Netflix account I cannot get connected
