Hi all, I first power up the TV, go to HOME, it opens the featured Netflix App when selected, however if I watch a programme from the EE Guide first then decide to see what is on Netflix via HOME and select the App, it won’t open, and also tries to go back to the programme I was watching, but no picture and keeps trying to do so automatically without success. I then have to switch everything off at the plug in the wall, and reboot everything, then I can open Netflix again, but should I go back to a programme again it again won’t reopen Netflix.
Driving me nuts, all the other featured Apps open/close and don’t need to switch off and reboot from wall plug.
HELP.

In fact, I can’t get any tv programmes to open after its failed to open Netflix, knocking everything off at wall again

Hi @Kevinh42 I'm sorry about that, can you try updating the apps and players in the settings to see if this helps?

I’m suffering with exactly the same fault, exactly as you described.
you have to reboot the box each time you want to use Netflix and it’s a royal pain.
ee do not appear to have an answer …

@SyD44 is this happening on all your TV boxes?
