Bought a new laptop from Curry's, used it this week, registered it to use on the EE TV webtop player and watched the Slovan Bratislava Vs. AC Milan match at 5.45. Got to 8pm the same night and was going to watch the Sporting CP Vs. Arzenal match, and was met with error above; "You've reached your device limit". Seen another post about deleting the app and reinstalling, tried and no joy. The laptop has the basic programs you get from a store no 3rd party ones installed that are changing device names, privacy, or doing clean-ups. I'm not deleting devices and re-registering them every 30 days just to get 1 session of watching something before having to repeat the process. Any advice? 😫

Good morning @Rylow95, welcome to the EE Community!
Just to be sure here, do you have any other devices registered with the EE TV Player if you go to Settings > Device Management?
Also how is it that you're connecting on your laptop?
Is this via a home broadband connection, a mobile hotspot, or something else?

Hi,
My home PC is also connected, which only ever connects via home router, which is also now giving me the same error.
At the time, I cannot remember if the laptop was connecting via mobile hotspot or Wi-Fi in the hotel I was staying in. Does that matter?
Thanks,
Ryan.

@Rylow95 Do you have CCleaner or similar on your laptop/desktop ?
As an alternative do you have discovery+ player to watch the TNT Sport events and replays ?
