Poor connection.

I have been using ee for a while and getting all channels 9 including hd.

tonight, 9pm perhaps due to stormy weather the signal has dropped and l cannot get any internet TV

Additionally there does not seem to be a technician l can contact 

This is really poor service 

My internet as the e -mail shows is working  so why isn't the tv

Could you please describe to us what was happening when you were trying to watch TV last night, and were all channels affected?

Also which TV box are you using, and is this connected via WiFi or Ethernet?
