BBC1 Sound an vision out of sync - Day 2

Hi

Second day of sound & vision for BBC One being out of sync when selected from TV guide - ALL other channels are absolutely fine. BBC One is ok on the iPlayer. 

I have done everything suggested - sound sync, resets, restarts etc but no success yet.

I note someone has similar problem, mentioned on Twitter/X

Thanks for that.  FYI it's still happening and the amount of being out of sync does seem to vary day by day.  Today isn't too bad, maybe 20ms, but some days it's up to half a second

Hi, been getting this very issue with the BBC Scotland channel the last week or so. Tried messing about with settings and factory resetting the box but this hasn’t fixed it. I haven’t noticed it on any other channels. I’m using the TV Box Pro.

Is anything being done to fix this? With the amount of people reporting this on other BBC channels it’s clearly a wider issue.

We're awaiting a fix from Amazon for the encoding issue for BBC channels @Sonnet2.  In the meantime, we just need to restart the stream every time it happens - I'll request BBC Scotland is restarted this morning.

I've just been informed that BBC Scotland has now been restarted, so it should be fixed again now.  I've also been told that we have the patch, and it's being applied to a few channels at a time.  All channels should be patched by Friday, at which point this issue should disappear for good.
