Hi all
Any newer updates on how to get the EE TV Pro box to pair with the ios app?
things I've tried so far:
Deleting and reinstalling app (after forgetting and reconnecting to my wifi)
Turn off Private Relay
Settings all correct (allow EE TV access local network) etc
I haven't reset

How are you getting on with this? Could you try restarting the router, EE TV box and mobile device please?

Your steps worked and I managed to add my iPhone. Didn’t work for iPad though.

Are there any updates in the app store for the iPad? Is your iPad on iOS 12.0 or later?

You've tried all of the troubleshooting steps that we'd usually recommend, @Cosmic68.
It could be that the app developers are working on an app update after the iOS update.
I've messaged them to let them know about this post, just in case there's something they've missed. Hopefully you'll see an improvement in it soon.

You can’t pair it to two devices at once. Did you unhook from the mobile before trying the iPad?

@Midnight_Voice It used to be possible and I believe still possible to pair Youview Recordable boxes of which the EE TV Pro is one with the EETV app on multiple mobile devices to allow recordings requests to be set/managed. The paired device and the Box Pro would not be directly connected the information going via an intermediary. The EETV app on mobile devices could only be paired with one Youview Recordable box at a time but each Youview box could pair with several mobile devices EETV apps.
