I am going mad trying to activate Discovery Plus. Followkbg QR code and directly typing in web address , I follow links as EE broadband customer (was previously BT ) and end up at generic EE website page with nowhere to enter PIN code .. tried accessing Discovery plus directly but they don’t recognise my account .. confused as a tad frustrated

I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble with, and that this has taken longer to sort than we would've hoped. I'd recommend reaching back out to the team, given this still isn't working, and they will be able to look into why this is.

Welcome to the community.
Have you activated the discovery+ subscription in your EE app or online account first of all?
If not, you can do this under Manage, then TV and Sport and select Activate under the discovery+ section.

I am also having a similar problem, I have signed up for Discovery + through EE and have an email with an activation link. I press the link it takes me to my EE account where eventually I managed to find the activation button, I press it it says it’s loading and just recycles back to the same page. I have been battling this since Saturday and when I called I was told I had to wait until the activation day which was today but the same thing is happening. I’m super frustrated and not getting what I am paying for. Can you please help

I have had same issue!
Told to wait till 24 hours after connection date. Have tried to activate Discovery + numerous times and get told website not working, been on live chat twice this week and the phoned today and still the issues continue, they couldn't activate it either and said it is fault that is known but they don't know when it will be sorted.
Very infuriating as can't watch TNT Sports until it gets activated.
