I can't activate the new HBO Max service, just the same as not being able to activate Discovery plus app
Why can't EE make it simple for those of us paying for a service!
I went to activate HBO, it went through the account and password check then just hangs ..
I can watch live programs through the guide but the reason l renewed my contract was to get access to the app.
Surely it can't be that difficult, when l was with Talktalk l left them after having to change my TV to use the service, is this happening again?
Maybe should have gone Sky?
