Every few weeks I lose all my recordings and all my scheduled recordings.
I’ve tried resetting my box but no matter what I try a few weeks later it happens all over again. The box is becoming useless to me as I can’t rely on it to record or have my recordings there when I switch it on.
I’ve missed so many programs and episodes and my children are not happy. Thinking I’ll just give up and just stick to streaming services only as that’s basically all I can do at the moment with the box being so unreliable
any ideas?

When it loses them, does the box ask you to set it up again - i.e. is the TV Box factory resetting? Or does it boot up fine, the channels are there, but there just aren't any recordings listed on the My TV screens anymore?
