Failed recordings

I am aware of the ongoing issues with failed recordings and recordings stopping before end of programme,this problem has been going on for months and to be honest recently it is getting worse it is mainly sports programming,you can schedule a recording and it will disappear and then fail to record,the problem is something or someone is changing the programme details ,sometimes more information is added and sometimes less,whichever it is as soon as that happens the scheduled recording will not happen,likewise a recording can start and sometime during the programme the detail of the programme changes as soon as this happens the recording will stop,I pay a lot of money for sports channels and frankly the current programming and guide is not fit for purpose,you cannot rely on anything to record at all or completely,I have complained officially twice,nothing is getting better

This problem only started when b.t switched to e.e,there are a lot of other,s suffering the same issues,an e.e tech expert admits there are problems with the software for the e.p.g,can broadcasters just go into the e.e programme guide anytime they want and change programme detail and description?not very secure
