Apple TV Box

I’ve had an EE tv box pro for about a year now and am starting to get annoyed by certain features it’s lacking including missing apps like Disney+ and even sound problems with some apps that are on the box. I recently noticed that there is an option to have an Apple TV box with ee tv built in is there any way I can swap to it now midway through the contract.

Yes.  You'll need to call the helpdesk, and fees will apply.

I've wanted to do this, but have phoned twice in the last week and been told i'm unable to do this which is quite frustrating.

@DPW1982 the notes on your account say you were provided a different number to call. I'm not sure why this would be the case? Does this match your memory of the call?

For the call this afternoon, no it doesn't match at all, i was told its just not possible currently, it may be possible when i come to re-contract.

You could also purchase your own Apple box which could be used for all apps except EE TV, which you would continue to access via your boxpro
