Recent updates to the App on iOS seem to have caused a pairing issue.

Mine frequently comes up Lost Connection with the options to Cancel a recording request , Pair again or Send Anyway - which works. In settings it states Connection Stalled.

Version is 7.1.8

I can't see an active EE TV subscription, to be able to find your device.  That's OK though - it's not a requirement to use the app.

Could you please let me know the device ID shown at the bottom of the My TV -> Settings screen, so that I can see what's going on with your pairing.

Also, one question: do you turn the power off to your TV Box when not using it?

TV & Box etc were turned off every night but not now. The box is now in deep sleep overnight to minimise power consumption.

Correct I do not have a subscription & the device ID is 2C0D9A59.
