Hello,
I have a EE Pro box, have the following issue with the box find that sometimes and without any warning schedule recordings do not get recorded, when I check recordings all I see on the screen is recording failed, this does not happen all the time it seen to happen when you record from Internet channels, there is no set pattern and no time frame it just happens,
EE have replaced the box and also have done a full reset on the box but no good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would suggest getting back in touch with our broadband tech guides and they can check everything at our end, and see what is needed to stop this from happening for you.

Are you noticing it's just on planned recordings that this issue is occurring with, or have you noticed issues with live recordings too?
Have you ever noticed connection drops when watching the TV, or is this usually stable?

No It happens on planned recordings,
No connection drop.
