I can't activate the new HBO Max service, just the same as not being able to activate Discovery plus app

Why can't EE make it simple for those of us paying for a service!

 

I went to activate HBO, it went through the account and password check then just hangs ..  

 

I can watch live programs through the guide but the reason l renewed my contract was to get access to the app.

Surely it can't be that difficult, when l was with Talktalk l left them after having to change my TV to use the service, is this happening again?

 

Maybe should have gone Sky?

You can't activate the discovery+ and HBO Max apps because you already activated discovery+ just after midnight on March 3rd.  Your HBO Max account will have been automatically activated using the same account that you used for discovery+.

Try logging into discovery+ and HBO Max using your email address and take the option to use a one-time code.  If you don't see a subscription in there then I can reset the activations to allow you to activate again.
