Add user with access to billing but they don't have a phone

It is possible to add a user with their own email address and password, so that they are able to access billing information and download invoices?  The user doesn't have a phone on the account.

EE poor service

      Phones not working properly abroad even though I have a European add on. Impossible to get in touch with anyone at EE been on hold over 35 minutes.Absolutely disgraceful!!

Business Sim-only / Roam Abroad Pass

Can somebody confirm that for Business sim-only customers, it is possible to call, text and use data like at home in South Africa if you have the Roam Abroad Pass?

I need to see more call and missed call option on phone to recover a number I need
