I want to email in a complaint. Does anyone know the email to which I should send for the best response?

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

There is no provision for attachments but in subsequent email correspondence you should be able to attach them.
