Why is my voicemail not working?

My voicemail seems to be set up with a bespoke greeting although calls just ring out & are not directed to voicrmail. I use the phone for business use so it's upsetting my clients that they can't leave me a voicemail.

Hi @EmmaHan,

If you text VM ON to 150, does it say that it has been activated successfully?

Could you try your VM now that you have sent the activation request?

Yes it does now, but why did it stop working in the first place?

I am not sure why it would have turned off - maybe just a glitch!

I'm having the same issue and when I text VM On to 150 I get the following message:

Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.

It keeps doing this so I can't turn it on. Can anyone help please?

I am sorry to hear you are getting an error message when trying to activate your voicemail. 

If this continues please report this to our technical care team. They will also be able to activate this for you.
