I want to transfer my account to pay as you go, is there a way it can be done online? as hard of hearing.

@bristolian is right, you'll need to speak to our Mobile Care team to give your notice to change your account to pay as you go. If you need to use it, there's a Text Relay service on our contact us page.

Giving 30days cancellation notice can be done either by phone or in writing.
There's no online method, nor is there email contact.
