Unable to Link Business Line to EE App or Online Account (Since Nov 2024)

Hello EE Team,

I’ve been an EE Business customer since November 2024, and for almost a year I have been unable to link my business product and line to the EE app or my online account.

Because of this, I cannot:

  • View or download my bills
  • Manage my account details easily
  • Access the same online services that personal customers get

 

I’ve raised this multiple times and was told it should be resolved, but nothing has changed. For nearly a year I’ve had no proper online access to my business account, which is unacceptable given the amount I pay monthly.

Can someone escalate this issue urgently and confirm when EE Business customers will finally be able to link their products to the app and access their bills online?

This is causing real inconvenience, and I would appreciate a clear solution or timeline.

No I haven’t. But it is funny that this abomination of a company will give you a WAY to pay your bills but not allow you to use your extras. I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL UNTIL THEY FULFIL THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT.

Thats actually Crazy … I’ve made an official complaint and a manager should be in touch within the next 24 hours. If they refuse to switch my EE business account back to the personal account straight away, Im going to cancel my direct debit as well. Not paying a penny to these clowns.

They failed to fulfill one callback that they suggested themselves 3 times.

They were never like this as BT. I don’t know what it is that’s making them fail so badly as a business.

The funny thing. Quite ironic was the girl in the EE store had a smirk and talked bad of Three. But never did 3 create issues and I pay 4 x less with them.

Sorry my last reply got deleted by EE even though I kept it clean but honest about EE’s unfairness expecting bills to be paid but not fulfilling the terms of the contract letting you access add ons. 

Anyway, I came back because I think it’s important you do not enter details at this website. I have read the email you pasted and the grammar is terrible. Even spelling errors. I hope you have not entered any information. 

be really careful. You are very prone to a scam with the uncertainty EE are putting you through.

Hoping the EE CS will help is a waste of time. Litterally.  Only the IT team are looking at it and they haven’t got the expertise to diagnose the issue. Well if they did, it wouldn’t still be a problem. 

What I don’t understand is that,  its the same bloody system that’s being used for our personal accounts, so why are they struggling to fix this issue on our business accounts !!!! 

That's why I'm confused.

You just made me think man I completely forgot this EE business team is managed by Indians … the email was sent from Smallbusinessdeveloment.service@ee.co.uk  

they have a contact number and everything …
