Cellular Google pixel watch 4 doesn't connect with the mobile network

I recently upgraded my phone with a new Google pixel 10 pro, I reset my GPW 4 in order connect with my new phone, Bluetooth it's working fine with my watch, the problem is my watch can't work by itself like before when It bought it. I called 150 10 times seems nobody from EE can fix it , my error code is 531.

I have a full insurance who can cover a new watch, I think the problem it's from EE not Google itself, I might need to go to a store seems not many people knows what to do

@Eu6e  You should have unpaired it from your old device whilst retaining the tariff on the watch and then paired it to the new device.  It’s because you reset it so it got reset to factory settings and that doesn’t keep your eSIM on the watch.
