My mobile data won’t work for my phone

Hello I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on getting my mobile data working again. I’ve checked my EE, all looks good as I have unlimited data, I’ve reset my phone a number of times. Put my phone on airplane mode, done all software updates etc. can anyone give me any guidance?? Thank you Hermione

@Hermione007  Reset your phone number ?  How exactly have you done that ?   Or do you mean you’re reset the network connection?
