Post code AB33 in North East Scotland has had no, or very low quality, 4G signal for nearly 10 days. EE have not informed ANY customers what the fault is or when it will be fixed. Only through individual enquiries are we told that parts arrived last Friday to repair a mast but the “engineers” still haven’t installed the parts and there is no timeline available for when they will. Local businesses reliant on 4g are struggling. School pupils on exam leave reliant on accessing online study resources are also struggling. EEs customer service in recent years has nose dived. EE do not appreciate they have a duty of care to provide key infrastructure to rural communities. You are absolutely terrible.

To use your words, many customers absolutely do not appreciate the nature of marketing permissions.
Updates are freely available by registering for them.

Thank you. You say that updates are freely available if you register. Where do we register? On the business app the option to select push notifications isn’t available. It just says “try again later”. This network fault affects an area of over 4,000 households. None are receiving any updates. You are correct that most don’t want sales or marketing messages however all are grateful for updates on why a service they pay for hasn’t been available for nearly 10 days.
