Are you the account holder?

If yes, you can remove content lock within your My EE account.

Hello @merrymart.

If you log in to your My EE account, select the device from the drop down you wish to switch parental control off for and go to 'Plans & subscription's' then scroll down and you will find a tab that will let you set your control.
