Resolved! Online safety assessment

I guys can I just say, I was scammed got into ky mobile my partners mobile, my laptop. 4 ½ hour later. They couldn't get into any apps that I use Bank account, tesco bank, m&s bank ,PayPal, ebay. Please use FINGERPRINT  it saved  me.

Can anyone help I just got an email saying that I havant paid my broadband bill. And I will be cut off. How can this be when I've never had broadband at my house. Is it a scam. ?

I've just received and email from 'EE Customer Services' informing me that they have an issue with my method of payment.  It doesn't look legit to me.  Has anyone else received such emails lately?

Can't change parental controls

When I try to change my parental controls it says I need to ask my bill payer to change it yet that is me and I can't see how to change that. I'd appreciate any help!
