I can not remove content lock on my phone 

I am over 18y

I called 08000798565 and I have a valid debit card but there is always a technical problem and they can not remove it !

Unfortunately you need a Credit Card to get the Content Lock removed.

Who is "they" and where is it shown that debit cards are suitable for age verification?

@Barakat2208 : Debit cards are no good for this purpose. Kids can have debit cards.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
