Got a call from here 01952780631 and it said it was frim EE.  Is this phishing or spam?

3 phone calls asking about upgrading

In less the 3 days I've had call after call about upgrading last on I said stop calling them just hung up wow the nu,number was 02886462005 was this a scam ? @eeuk

Hi already I checked in the community for advice and I saw I have to go to my ee account mobile and I follow the advice step by step but I cant find the parental control settingsIf anyone can help me please
