Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account? 

If your account is pay as you go, have you spoken to our pay as you go guides or been into a store to get the content lock removed?

My account is Pay monthly and too much time i speak with EE Team to resolve the problem but they can’t resolve, they saying content lock has been removed but not any affect…

Which sites/apps are you unable to access? 

Are you able to change the content lock settings in your EE app if you go to Settings > Parental Controls, then change to Adults?

If this is not working in your EE account, please check the app help section for a message us option, or call us again on 150. 

You can also pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get this looked into to see what is needed to update your content lock settings.

I went to the EE store yesterday, but they didn't help me, they said I should call again and talk.
