Contract customers can remove content lock within the app by following these steps:

Settings > Parental controls > Change settings.

If yes, you can remove content lock within your EE account.

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID
