I've had a notification that a password has been found on the dark web.
To view it I need to enter code to validate my email address. I do this, Norton accepts the code, takes me back to where I should view the password, but doesn't show me the password.
If I click on the link to view the password it puts me in a never-ending loop of: validate address, enter code, accept code, click link to view password.
Any idea how I raise a ticket with EE or with Norton for this?
Thanks.

@infamous-butch Does it say what website/app this is for ?

No. It tells me which email address was compromised and the name of the list on the darkweb it was found on.
Nothing more.
I can't see how to raise an issue with Norton or with EE to get to the bottom of why it's not unlocking the password.

Hi @infamous-butch
Thanks for coming to our community.
I'd recommend reaching out to our technical team so they can check it out and if needed, they may refer you to Norton if everything is ok on our side.

Unfortunately there's no option when going through tech support for cyber security. (Or if there is I can't find it).
That's my issue.

There wouldn't be a specific option for the cyber security @infamous-butch, but if you choose any option to speak to a tech guide, they'll be able to look into it for you.
